Repainting a Vauxhall Viva

It was around 1984 when I repainted this car and did some repair work on it.

I was still a young guy and did the work for a relative .

Some rust damage was in need of a repair and the decision was made to do a complete repaint. White was not his colour. The car was dismantled and taped and prepared for paint.

The paintwork I did myself. Next the car was assembled again and was good for a few years more.

At a later date I bougth this car from my relative to drive it for a few years langer until it got retired. It was then almost 20 years old.
