Repair of a door sill.

With this car the sill under the door was rusted trough.

After removal of the outerskin we could see the rusted out part of the inner sill. All rust was removed to clean metal and  patchpanels were made. The everything was welded according to the specifications given by the technical inspection.

Lastly the welds were ground flush. The car is now ready for the technical control.

Treatment of the bare metal was taken care of later.
