New grip for Unique Pistol

The old plastick grips of this old French pistol.

 are shrunk discolored and ripped. So its time to make new grips.

The old grips were made in one piece, we chose a nice blok of walnut wood and started carving. First the inside was carved using the milling machine and various other tools. When that fitted to the gun we started with the outside.

When a first fit was realized we took the gun to the club for a test fire. More work was needed for a perfect fit.
Then the oiling of the wood started and then the chequering.

We think the result is nice. We can do the same for your pistol.
