Restoring a Fiat 500

This is not just a 500 model but a Giardiniera model with suicide doors of around 1970. You do see these cars around much.

The car was brought to me completely taken appart and some major work was already done (sanding the body to bare metal). This Job was performed by the owner and whie doing it he saw some major flaws.

On all corners there was something wrong. The car had several accidents and repairs were not done properly. So that was up to me. Old panels got cut out and replaced with new ones where possible. Afther that the car was filled and sanded and primered.

Paint and assembling was performed by the owner. And he did a wonderfull job.

The interior of the car was made by Zeilmakerij Wijnen.
