The battery box

This is an essential part which no car can be without.

The old one was badly rusted and needs replacing. But one can not find a new one for this car so we made one our selfs.

Together with the new battery we refurbished the starter and dynamo.

On the bracket to hold the battery down a kill switch was isnstalled. This way the battery can be disconnected when the car is stalled for winter. It is mounted near the chassis and rather difficult to take out every time.
