Repairing another fender edge

This Toyota has even some damage on the sill.

For us this is no problem. We can fix it. First we cut out all the rusted parts and the the inner parts are fabricated by cutting and bending sheetmetal of 0.8 -1.00 mm thick steel plate.

Afther welding those parts in place we can weld in the repair panel that can be bought.

Some grinding and metal work and it looks almost like new.
